Please fill out the form below for sign permits. Color pictures/ drawings of the proposed sign are required with submission as well as a plan marking the location of the proposed sign on the property. Those photos must be submitted seperatey. You can submit your attachements by mail or email. Mail all attachements to: Planning and Zoning, 107 Mildred Street, Columbiana AL 35051. Email all attachments to dlucas@cityofcolumbiana.com
