Christmas in Old Mill Square Park

Christmas in the Park is a walkable Christmas Wonderland in Old Mill Square Park from December 1, 2023 to January 5, 2024.  Businesses or Groups can sponsor and decorate a 6 – 7 foot live tree that will remain in the park throughout the Christmas season.  This year all of our trees come from Cedar Creek Nursery.  We appreciate their partnership in providing their beautiful trees.  Businesses and Organizations can sponsor a tree for $100 and sponsor forms must be completed and payment made before a tree will be reserved.  We have a limited number of trees available and so we will accept sponsors on a first come basis.  

Each Friday night in December the City of Columbiana will turn Old Mill Square Park into a snowy wonderland with the help of snow machines placed near the fountain and special activities in the Park and on Main Street throughout the season.  We are excited to have Christmas in the Park again this year.  Those interested in being food vendors for the Parade or for Christmas in the Park can register here.

Columbiana Christmas Parade

The Columbiana Christmas Parade will be on Friday, December 1st.  Festivities will start at 5:00 in Old Mill Square Park and on Main Street.  There will be food trucks, musical performances, snow in the park, and much more!  The parade starts at 7:00pm.

Parade Route:

The Christmas parade route will start at the Shelby County License Office, go down West Sterrett Street to Main Street, continue to the roundabout and take Mildred Street to Washington Street then Thompson Street to Sterrett Street and back to the Shelby County License Office.
