Columbiana LIVE Arts and Entertainment District
Welcome to Columbiana LIVE, an Arts and Entertainment District.
The Columbiana LIVE, Arts and Entertainment District allows for patrons within the District to leave downtown restaurants and bars with open containers of purchased alcohol during set hours (Monday - Friday 5:00pm to 10:30pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 10:30pm) and walk freely around the downtown district. The Columbiana City Council passed Ordinance 04-23-04, and Ordinance to Establish and Arts and Entertainment District in the City of Columbiana, on April 4, 2023.
Patrons are expected to stay within the district and to follow the following guidelines:
Arts and Entertainment District Hours are Monday - Friday 5:00pm to 10:30pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 10:30pm.
Stay within the Arts and Entertainment District. Cups must be disposed of before leaving the district and before entering any establishment.
No BYOB. All alcoholic beverages must be obtained from a licensed vendor in the Arts and Entertainment District. Licensed vendors can be found on the map.
All alcoholic beverages must be contained in an approved 16oz or smaller container with the Columbiana LIVE logo and date.
Don't overdo it. Only one open container per person permitted.
Be respectful. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of empty cups in trash cans.
Any individual that violates any of the above regulations is in violation of city code and subject to arrest or citation.
