Liberty Day Vendors

Liberty Day 2026 is changing!

This year we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Liberty Day and the 250th birthday of the USA! As such, please note that the vendor hours have changed for 2026 as the layout of the festival is changing. Arts and crafts vendors will set up on Saturday, June 27th from 8am to 10pm. We will accept food vendors for Friday, June 26 from 4pm to 10pm and Saturday, June 27 from 7am to 10pm. All Liberty Day activities will take place in downtown Columbiana and food vendors will no longer have to move to the SCHS football field. Likewise, arts and crafts vendors will be able to stay set up for the length of the entire festival.

2026 Application Process

1.Fill out the application form completely and email it to libertyday@cityofcolumbiana.com. The entire form must be legible so please make sure we can read the entire form. We will discard incomplete and illegible applications.

2.Applications will be reviewed and you will receive an approval or denial email within ten days of submission. This email will include information on how to pay for your vendor fee.

3.Vendor fees must be paid within five business days. No exceptions. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or checks can be mailed to Liberty Day Festival, 107 Mildred Street, Columbiana, AL 35051.

In 2025 Liberty Day Festival saw over 30,000 people in attendance!

The Liberty Day Vendor Deadline is May 29th!
