Cowboy Day
History:
Columbiana Cowboy Day began in 2008 as a celebration of all things cowboy! There is live music, wild west shoot outs and demonstrations, and a wild west parade made up of horses and buggies (no motorized vehicles). This is a family friendly event located in Columbiana, Alabama, just 12 miles from I-65 and 13 miles from Highway 280.

Registration:
Please note that the application process for Cowboy Day 2025 has changed. We will be selecting only 40 arts and craft vendors for Cowboy Day and 10 food vendors. To apply, all vendors must complete the application process and will be approved based on availability and how well your products fit with the western theme of Cowboy Day. To be a vendor at Cowboy Day you must have handmade or Cowboy themed products for sale or have western themed activities for children. We will not accept any informational booths for Cowboy Day.
The 2026 Application Process:
Arts and Crafts Vendors and Activity Vendors:
Fill out the 2026 Vendor Application and email it, along with 2 photos of your booth to cowboyday@cityofcolumbiana.com. The entire form must be legible so please make sure we can read the entire form. We will discard incomplete and illegible applications. We will review your application and if your application is approved we will email you the link to pay for your booth. All booths must be approved before you make your payment. We will let you know if you are not approved. You will use the link provided in the approval email to pay your vendor fee. Fees are $60 for single booths and $115 for double booths. We appreciate your understanding and hope that curating vendors will make Cowboy Day a more fun and successful event in 2025. If you have questions please call Ali at 205-669-3969.

- For an iphone: Open the notes app, create a new note, tap the paperclip icon and then select "scan documents". Position your document in view of the camera and your iphone will automatically scan it. Once done tap save and add it to your note. You can then email the document.
- For an android: Open the Google Drive app, tap the "+" icon and select scan. Use your phones camera to capture the document as a scan. Save the document as a PDF. You can then email the document.
Food Vendors:
Fill out the 2026 Food Vendor Application and email it along with your full menu and a photo of your food truck/ tent to cowboyday@cityofcolumbiana.com. The entire form must be legible so please make sure we can read the entire form. We will discard incomplete and illegible applications. Food vendors must be self contained, we do not provide electricity for food vendors. We will review your application and if your application is approved we will email you the link to pay for your booth. All booths must be approved before you make your payment. We will let you know if you are not approved. You will use the link provided in the approval email to pay your food vendor fee. Fees are $125 for food vendors We appreciate your understanding and hope that curating vendors will make Cowboy Day a more fun and successful event in 2025.
