Municipal Court

Overview

The Municipal Court of Columbiana exercises jurisdiction over all prosecutions for violations of traffic offenses, municipal ordinance, and state misdemeanors adopted by our Ordinance.

Court is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm at Columbiana City Hall, 107 Mildred Street.

The Magistrate’s office is located at this address and the office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
