Biography
Council Member Ruston is serving his third term on the City Council. Mr. Ruston served as Council member from 2012-2016, 2016-2020, and was sworn in for his third term on November 2, 2020. Council Member Ruston also serves as the Mayor Pro Tempore. The Mayor Pro Tempore is elected by the city council and serves in the absence of the Mayor in the event that the Mayor is unable to perform the duties of the office.
